Semi-hard cheese Red

Pokusa red cheese is a traditional Latvian semi-hard cheese with spices. The natural ripening of the cheese gives it an original and delicate flavor, while the blend of spices: paprika, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, chili bell pepper and natural anatto dye obtained mainly from carrots provides a distinctive red color.
