Personal data protection

Information on the processing of personal data by Nickal Sp. z o. o

Nickal Sp. z o. o. places particular emphasis on the security of personal data. Bearing the above in mind and in accordance with Art. 13 section 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the protection data) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR – we would like to inform you that:

Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of your personal data is Nickal Sp. z o. o. ul. Marywilska 26, 03-228 Warszawa, NIP: 113 286 97 70, hereinafter referred to as Nickal.

Data protection officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Inspector, whom you can contact in matters regarding the protection of your personal data at rodo@nickal.pl or in writing to the address of our headquarters indicated in point 1.

Purposes and grounds for processing

The purposes of processing your data have been specified. As an administrator, we will process your data:

  • with your consent in order to process your order of Nickal products
  • with your consent in order to present Nickal’s commercial offer

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your data described above at any time. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we are able to demonstrate that there are important legitimate grounds for your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data will be necessary for us to determine, investigate, or or defense of claims. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for this purpose.

Data storage period

Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to receive commercial information (newsletter) or withdraw your consent to receive a commercial offer. Consent can be withdrawn using the link included in the newsletter, by e-mail at info@nickal.pl or by post to the address provided in point. 1.

Data recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed: to our partners, i.e. companies and institutions with which we cooperate to pursue the company’s interests. Our subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, law, IT companies and transport companies, may also have access to your data. The current register of institutions to which we entrust your data may be made available to you after sending an inquiry to the personal data inspector within a maximum of 30 days.

Rights of data subjects

Pursuant to the GDPR, you are entitled to:

  • the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
  • the right to rectify (correct) your data;
  • the right to delete data, limit data processing;
  • the right to object to data processing;
  • the right to transfer data;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Information about the requirement/voluntary nature of providing data

Providing data in the forms is voluntary, however, in the case of ordering Nickal products, it is necessary to execute the sales contract.

Automated decision making

In the process of processing your personal data, we do not make decisions in an automated manner, including profiling.
