Definitions

  1. Administrator/Seller/Ale Smaki – means Nickal Sp. z o. o., ul. Marywilska 26, 03-228 Warszawa, NIP: 113 286 97 70, email address: info@nickal.pl, which trades electronically and stores and accesses information on User’s devices.
  2. Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website’s websites.
  3. Administrator’s Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.
  4. External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Website.
  5. Website – means a website or application under which the Administrator runs a website operating in the domain www.nickal.pl.
  6. Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
  7. User/Customer – means an entity to which electronic sales are provided in accordance with the provisions of law or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

General provisions

  1. The administrator of Users’ personal data provided to the Seller voluntarily as part of placing an order is Nickal Sp. z o. o.
  2. The Administrator processes Customers’ personal data in order to process orders and contact us electronically. The data is processed solely on the basis of legal provisions or the consent expressed by the User in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
  3. The set of personal data provided to the Seller is reported by the Seller to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
  4. Anyone who provides their personal data to the Seller has the right to access and correct their content. The Seller provides the possibility of removing personal data from the database.
  5. The Seller protects the personal data provided to it and makes every effort to protect it against unauthorized access or use.
  6. The Seller provides the Customer’s personal data to the supplier to the extent necessary to complete the order.

Types of cookies used

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, this way it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to penetrate Users’ Devices. These files allow you to identify the software used by the User and customize the Website individually for each User. Possibility to determine the conditions of storage or access via Cookies
