The recruitment process
CV analysis
The first stage of recruitment is CV analysis. At this stage, we check the documents you have sent to see whether your experience and competences fit the profile of the candidate we are looking for.
Tests
If we found the competences and experience we are looking for in your CV, we invite you to complete the personality tests. The tests are sent to you by e-mail. Additionally, so as not to miss them, you will also receive an SMS with information about their sending.
Recruitment meeting
After completing the tests, selected people are invited to a recruitment meeting with an HR person. During the meeting, we want to get to know you better and tell you about work in our organization. At this stage you may be asked to complete a short knowledge/skills test.
2nd stage of meetings
After the meeting with the HR department representative, selected people are invited to a meeting with the manager of the department for which we are looking for a new person. At this stage, we want you to meet the manager of the department to which you are applying and with whom you will cooperate on a daily basis.
Offer
If you have successfully passed all stages, an HR employee will contact you by phone and provide you with an offer.
